Relate: Konto und Daten löschen

So löschst du dein Konto bei Relate und alle Daten, die du darin festgehalten hast. Das geht direkt in der App oder, falls du sie nicht mehr hast, per E-Mail.

In der App löschen

  1. 1Öffne in Relate die Einstellungen.
  2. 2Tippe auf „Konto löschen …“.
  3. 3Bestätige die Löschung.

Dein Konto und deine Daten werden sofort gelöscht. Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen.

Ohne App löschen

Schreib eine E-Mail an office@fdm-software.at und gib die E-Mail-Adresse an, mit der du dich bei Relate anmeldest. Wir löschen dann dein Konto mit allen Daten.

Was gelöscht wird

  • dein Konto
  • deine Kontakte
  • deine Notizen
  • die Fakten zu deinen Kontakten
  • deine Erinnerungen

Gelöscht wird alles, was du in Relate festgehalten hast.

Was bleibt

  • Kaufbelege, nur soweit wir sie gesetzlich aufbewahren müssen. Die Abrechnung läuft über Apple bzw. Google.
  • Server-Logs, höchstens 30 Tage.
  • Sicherungskopien, höchstens 14 Tage.
  • Ein nicht umkehrbarer Prüfwert deiner Anmelde-Kennung und E-Mail-Adresse, 24 Monate lang. Er verhindert, dass der kostenlose Test mehrfach genutzt wird.

Abo separat kündigen

Das Löschen des Kontos beendet kein laufendes Abo. Kündige es bitte zusätzlich in deinem Store:

  • iPhone: in den iOS-Einstellungen → dein Name → „Abonnements“
  • Android: in Google Play → Profil → „Zahlungen und Abos“ → „Abos“

Relate: Delete your account and data

This is how you delete your Relate account and all data you have recorded in it, either directly in the app or, if you no longer have it, by email.

Delete in the app

  1. 1Open Settings in Relate.
  2. 2Tap “Delete account …”.
  3. 3Confirm the deletion.

Your account and your data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

Send an email to office@fdm-software.at and include the email address you use to sign in to Relate. We will then delete your account and all its data.

What is deleted

  • your account
  • your contacts
  • your notes
  • the facts about your contacts
  • your reminders

Everything you have recorded in Relate is deleted.

What is kept

  • Purchase records, only as far as we are legally required to keep them. Billing is handled by Apple or Google.
  • Server logs, for at most 30 days.
  • Backups, for at most 14 days.
  • An irreversible check value (hash) of your sign-in ID and email address, for 24 months. It prevents the free trial from being used more than once.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not end an active subscription. Please also cancel it in your store:

  • iPhone: in iOS Settings → your name → “Subscriptions”
  • Android: in Google Play → Profile → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”
